A GPEC representative will contact you should space become available.

Starting your own business and picking the right niche in no time

As one of the fastest-growing markets in the nation, Greater Phoenix has shown resilience through collaboration and innovation – developing a region strengthened by legacy and emerging industries and unapologetically positioning itself as a top global destination for climate tech and healthcare/biomedical companies.

In partnership with the U.S. Commercial Service and SelectUSA, the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC) invites healthcare and climate tech industry executives to learn about the opportunity Greater Phoenix presents to businesses across the globe looking to scale and expand operations in a leading U.S. market.

This Spinoff Mission will feature:

Experts from leading climate tech and healthcare companies, such as KORE Power, LG, Li-cycle, Mayo Clinic, Flinn Foundation, Arizona State University and many more.

Presentations from key workforce partners illustrating Greater Phoenix’s growing life science and engineering talent.

Engagement with key market leaders, including elected officials from Maricopa and Pinal counties and up to 22 cities and towns, utility providers and private sector industry representatives.

Behind-the-scenes facility tours to further showcase Arizona's broader position and highlight expansion opportunities in these sectors.

Presentations highlighting data tied to GPEC's climate tech and healthcare innovation industry reports will also be featured alongside a suite of complimentary services available to companies evaluating U.S. expansion.

Who Should Attend?

Recommended attendees are executives with companies within the climate tech and healthcare innovation industry ecosystems and related supply chains interested in a near-term (12-36 months) expansion or relocation to the U.S., specifically the Mountain West or West Coast regions. Companies interested in establishing regional/national headquarters, R&D operations, and manufacturing facilities will benefit most from this market visit.

FAQ

How will transportation to the tournament be handled?

GPEC will have a private coach to bus all ExecTour participants together from our offices in Downtown Phoenix.

Where on the course are the tickets located?

We will be on the famous 16th hole in the ‘Loge’ section. We have a dedicated open-air suite that will be partly shaded with some sun exposure (weather permitting).

The suite will be all inclusive for food and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).

What is special about the 16th hole?

Known as the ‘loudest hole in golf’, the Par-3 16th hole is a truly unique sports experience. Instead of the usual golf tournament etiquette, it is very common to hear loud cheers for players who get it close to the green and even boos for players who miss the green altogether.

How much walking is expected?

Please expect about a 20 minute walk from where we are being dropped off to our suite on the 16th hole. Please wear comfortable shoes.

Can we explore other parts of the golf course?

Absolutely! If interested, let a GPEC staff person know and they can show you around the tournament.

Who is playing in the tournament?

The official tournament roster won’t be known until the week of the tournament, but you can follow along on the tournament’s website for updates.
