In partnership with the U.S. Commercial Service and SelectUSA, the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC) invites healthcare and climate tech industry executives to learn about the opportunity Greater Phoenix presents to businesses across the globe looking to scale and expand operations in a leading U.S. market.
This Spinoff Mission will feature:
Experts from leading climate tech and healthcare companies, such as KORE Power, LG, Li-cycle, Mayo Clinic, Flinn Foundation, Arizona State University and many more.
Presentations from key workforce partners illustrating Greater Phoenix’s growing life science and engineering talent.
Engagement with key market leaders, including elected officials from Maricopa and Pinal counties and up to 22 cities and towns, utility providers and private sector industry representatives.
Behind-the-scenes facility tours to further showcase Arizona's broader position and highlight expansion opportunities in these sectors.
Presentations highlighting data tied to GPEC's climate tech and healthcare innovation industry reports will also be featured alongside a suite of complimentary services available to companies evaluating U.S. expansion.

Recommended attendees are executives with companies within the climate tech and healthcare innovation industry ecosystems and related supply chains interested in a near-term (12-36 months) expansion or relocation to the U.S., specifically the Mountain West or West Coast regions. Companies interested in establishing regional/national headquarters, R&D operations, and manufacturing facilities will benefit most from this market visit.

Provide a brief 5-minute pitch about your company to an audience of representatives from our 22 member cities and towns. After your presentation, these local municipality representatives will be available to discuss business opportunities in their communities and share how they can assist in accelerating your expansion plans.
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is the recommended airport for your air travel needs. Phoenix-Mesa-Gateway Airport may be used as an alternative. Please plan on arriving in market by the evening of Wednesday, June 19.
Costs associated with air travel are the responsibility of the attendee.
Attendees are responsible for the cost to/from Phoenix Sky Harbor International.
Options for transportation include rideshare or taxi company or taking the Sky Train to the Phoenix Valley Metro stop to connect to Downtown Phoenix. Trains arrive every 12-20 minutes depending on the time of day.
All-inclusive meals will be provided by the Greater Phoenix Economic Council during scheduled programming. Attendee purchased food/coffee will not be reimbursed.
Attendees are responsible for booking their hotel accommodation based on the below timeline. Hotel rate and tax will be covered by the attendee, however the Greater Phoenix Economic Council has pre-negotiated discount rates available. Attendees will need to provide a credit card at check-in for incidentals.
